Results' Healthcare client was recognized for customer service excellence in its call centers under the Certified Call Center Program with a national consumer survey firm. This certification program helps consumers identify those product and service providers that deliver a superior customer experience. The award recognition acknowledges a strong commitment by our clients’ call centers (in-house and outsourced) to provide "An Outstanding Customer Experience."
To become certified, Results' call centers servicing our Healthcare client programs underwent detailed audits of recruiting, training, incentives, management roles, quality assurance and customer satisfaction surveys. The award review team conducted a random survey of customers who recently contacted our clients’ call centers (internal and outsourced). Results' call centers outperformed all other sites including other outsourced centers and the clients in-house center on every performance metric.
