Robert Rapp - President / Founder
Mr. Rapp co founded Results, which incorporated in 1990. Mr. Rapp oversees financial reporting, acquisitions, strategic relationships, and corporate development. Mr. Rapp has been in the customer contact services industry for over 20 years and has extensive background in finance acquisitions, mortgages and investments (NASD licenses: Series 63, 27 and 7). Mr. Rapp was instrumental in the development of the patent-pending "System and Method for Financial Progression," which provides a unique process and system for evaluating a consumer's financial situation while incorporating tax-advantaged investment products and debt instruments. Mr. Rapp has transferred some of the unique concepts from the financial progression model into Results’ corporate infrastructure, thus providing unique benefits for its management team and business partners.
Alec Brecker - Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Alec Brecker has over fifteen years experience in the outsourcing industry. He was co-founder of Communications & Commerce, LLC (CommComm), which was a privately held company that he started in 1997 and grew to $50 million dollars in annual revenues in just six years. CommComm had over 2,500 employees when they sold to Teleperformance USA in 2003. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Brecker was employed by Teleperformance USA and continued to manage CommComm business after the sale. He consequently grew that business in excess of $150 million dollars in annual revenue, across five (5) countries and eleven (11) call centers. Mr. Brecker joined Results in January 2006. Mr. Brecker provides Results with proven industry experience, leadership and knowledge from managing one of the industry's largest customer-contact companies with multiple offshore facilities in various countries during his tenure with Teleperformance USA.
Shane A. Jackson - Sr. VP of Business Development
Mr. Jackson has over 19 years of call center leadership. He has led Business Development and Operational teams that designed and implemented successful direct marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 organizations including Nextel Wireless, US West, Southwestern Bell, AT&T, AOL, Texaco, Mobil, American Express Small Business, Universal Orlando, Banc One, AON, etc. Mr. Jackson has also designed numerous affinity based campaigns that produced over 10,000,000 new customers during his tenure. He has also been noted for raising quality standards, while improving productivity and increasing efficiency for many organizations. Under Mr. Jackson’s leadership, numerous organizations have been honored national accolades for sales performance and quality of service 8 years consecutively. Mr. Jackson was a two (2) time Arthur Anderson "Entrepreneur of the Year" finalist.
David Ocasek - Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Mr. Ocasek has been with Results for 16 years and has over 20 years of experience developing inbound and outbound systems solutions including IVR, predictive dialing, ACD, switching and call routing applications. He has extensive background in information systems design and development and is responsible for all aspects of IT relating to Results. This includes technology, software engineering, systems, database applications, networking, research and development, support, and telecom. Mr. Ocasek keeps Results on the leading edge of technology, while ensuring the highest level of client security and data processing requirements to meet new client technology and system integration needs.
