Results Advances Competitive Foothold with Expanded Leadership
DANIA, FLORIDA, February 27, 2012 – The Results Companies, one of the world’s leading customer experience management companies, has expanded its leadership team with the addition of three well- recognized industry professionals. Furthermore, employee of 20 years, Dave Ocasek, has transitioned from Chief Information Officer to Chief Technology Officer.
In support of Mr. Ocasek’s transition to CTO, Michael Regalla has joined Results as Senior Vice President of Technology. Mike comes to Results with 23 years of experience in planning, engineering and managing all aspects of technology and information management systems. Mike spent 16 years of his career at West, most recently as SVP of Systems and Technology. Mike has been brought on to help Results leverage new and existing technology to strengthen its competitive foothold. He will provide senior leadership to all Systems and Technology staff, including applications development, information systems, hardware, software, telecommunications, and user support.
Chris Arrigali has also joined Results as Vice President of Information Technology. Chris is a proven leader of managing Information Technology Operations to solve business challenges through cost effective IT decisions, investments and cost reductions. Chris has worked in the technical field for 19 years and has an impressive list of certifications. Most recently, Chris was VP of IT Operations & Support at TMX Finance, one of the largest consumer specialty finance companies in the United States.
To further fuel Results’ growth, Mike Nemer has been named Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development. Mike Nemer is responsible for the strategic planning and analysis critical to enhancing the business' long-term competitiveness and driving growth. He joined The Results Companies with over 14 years of business development and sales leadership experience in the BPO industry. Most notably, he served as Vice President of Business Development at ePerformax and Senior Vice President/General Manager at GiftCertificates.com. He started his career in the BPO space at Sitel Corporation where he played a foundational part during their explosive growth from 1995 to 2007 – moving up the ranks in responsibility starting as the Vice President of Business Development and eventually heading up their North America and off shore business as COO. Mike was also part of the executive team that led Sitel’s successful integration with Client Logic. As a key member of the Results leadership team, Mike will drive Results’ new client strategy including targeting, lead generation and relationship development.
