Results Manila Finds Child Education Outreach Program Rewarding

DANIA, FLORIDA, January 31, 2012 – The Results Companies, one of the world’s leading customer experience management companies, has partnered with Bantay Bata 163 – a child welfare program of ABS-CBN Foundation – to sponsor remote area Filipino children by raising funds for their continuing education. Employees of Results Manila’s Silver City and Eastwood contact centers are involved in various fundraising programs, such as raffles and talent shows. In 2010, Results Manila raised $3,633USD and in 2011, the team raised $4,204USD. “This is actually a perfect example of small things put together produce great results” said Results Manila Senior Operations Manager, Marick Miraflor. Each year, the children whom Results Manila sponsors are invited to celebrate with the employees at the annual Christmas party. Francoise Bejasa, Results Manila Senior Operations Manager said, “We feel good about helping people – we feel good about helping these kids.” Francis Joaquin, Human Resources Manager for Results Manila, coordinates many of the company’s corporate social responsibility programs and said, “Results Manila is proud to be a part of the efforts to improve the education and well-being of Filipino children. We want to help them in any way that we can and give them every opportunity to be successful.” Results Manila plans to expand their support of Bantay Bata 163 through additional community outreach, such as involvement in the tree planting program.
