The Grad School Dean occupies a key position in the development of Results’ newest Associate by leading them through an organized classroom to production environment supported by high levels of application, practice, observation, and feedback to develop specified levels of key performance indicator attainment.
The primary objective of the Local Resource Planning specialist is to enable each center to improve Key Business Indicators and gain efficiencies by designating the right resources at the right times to service the client’s customers at a given service objective. The LRP supports the contact center by providing accurate, detailed real-time analysis and action planning. The LRP is responsible to ensure the center is balancing resources to achieve maximum efficiency without causing employee dissatisfaction. The Local Resource Planning specialist interfaces with many support personnel at all levels in the organization.
The Site Recruiter is responsible for all facets of the recruiting process for the designated site. This will be achieved through the development of local recruiting strategies by utilizing traditional methods and resources as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas. The Site Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best every time.
Manage, assist, coach and counsel staff on call floor at a Call Center doing business on behalf of major company. Responsible for driving the performance of a team of staff, as well as contributing to the performance of the call center as a whole. Must be able to accommodate flexible shift, 40 hours or more.
