VOC Site Liaison
The VOC Site Liaison (Voice of the Customer) is responsible for Voice of the Customer Communications/Initiatives at the site level, accountable to the Site Director and in partnership with VOC Manager. This position will report directly to the Site Director. VOCL’s are seated locally at the site, potentially supporting multiple clients.
The VOC will take the lead on Voice of the customer Initiatives, locally, communicating VOC findings, trends, and Total Quality metrics. The VOC may deliver these items in Local VOC Forums, Site huddles, Local Staff/ RAS Committee meetings, and New hire Training Classes. The VOC will also participate in internal/external calibration/listening sessions, Local RAS committee/ RAS Staff Meetings, and partner with the RAS Grad School Dean.
