Yes, there are four key components that The Results Companies has adopted over the years.

New Hire Orientation: It's critically important to your success that you become acclimated to our culture, our vision, our contact centers and our industry in general. That's why we take the necessary time to show you the ropes, complete with learning objectives that will help you start a successful career with the Results Companies.

Program Specific: We are constantly ensuring that our agents are appropriately trained to handle all of our clients' calls with exceptional service. In our classroom setting, our agents will become absorbed in the projects, processes, services and all the products so they can hit the ground running.

Continuing Education: Our main focus is to help agents learn, so they can be successful. Results has an extensive library of skills-training resources to help our agents improve their call handling, customer service skills and sales abilities.

Career Development Training: We're committed to supporting our agents' career progress. Their ability to move into other positions is an outcome of their personal development, which we guide through our mentorship and supervisory programs.
